3C submits exploration EIA to extend exploration permit
3C Resources' wholly owned subsidiary Minera Cordillera has submitted an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in support of an extension to its existing exploration permit for the Tres Cruces Project, marking an important step in the Company's ongoing exploration programme.
The submission relates to an extension of the current exploration permit, which, if approved, will grant a further two years to continue exploring the resource. The EIA assesses the potential environmental and social impacts associated with the next phase of exploration activities, providing regulators and stakeholders with a clear picture of how the Company intends to manage its footprint as work advances.
The Company will provide further updates as the permitting process progresses.

Central Puerto announces its investment in the Tres Cruces Project
Central Puerto, Argentina's leading private power generator, has made a strategic investment in 3C Resources, acquiring a 27.5% stake to support the development of the Tres Cruces lithium project in the province of Catamarca.
The investment will fund drilling, further exploration and working capital for the project's initial stages. The Tres Cruces Project is recognised as sitting within the highest-grade lithium basin discovered in Argentina to date.
Central Puerto is a leader in energy generation in Argentina and the company has spent decades building and operating power infrastructure.
This investment not only represents an important milestone in Central Puerto's growth strategy, but also a unique opportunity to drive the development of the southern region of the Province of Catamarca.

3C Resources announces investment in Minera Cordillera S.A. and strengthens position in Argentina's Lithium Triangle
3C Resources is proud to announce its investment in Minera Cordillera, marking a significant milestone in the company's mission to develop sustainable lithium resources in Argentina's world-renowned Puna Plateau.
Minera Cordillera's Tres Cruces Project, located in Catamarca Province, lies approximately 154 kilometres from Fiambalá at an elevation of 4,000 metres above sea level. The project spans an impressive 27,540 hectares, featuring evaporation rates comparable to other high-performing salars in the region, known for their ideal lithium extraction conditions.
High-quality resource potential
Preliminary geophysical results confirm that the Tres Cruces Project shares geological characteristics with the neighbouring Tres Quebradas (3Q) Project, recognised as one of the highest-grade lithium resources globally. These findings position 3C Resources to become a key player in Argentina's rapidly expanding lithium sector.
Sustainable and efficient production
3C Resources plans to leverage proven evaporative technologies to concentrate lithium-rich brine before transporting it to Fiambalá for refining into battery-grade lithium carbonate. This process is highly water-efficient, preserves local water tables, and eliminates the use of toxic contaminants, while recycling chemicals to further reduce environmental impact and energy use.
World-class facilities in Catamarca
The company's state-of-the-art facilities in Catamarca are among the most advanced and complete in Argentina, featuring a fully equipped laboratory and R&D centre. With capacity for up to 100 engineers and project professionals, the multidisciplinary team will oversee every aspect of the project, from legal and environmental compliance to community relations, logistics, geology, hydrogeology, processing, construction, commissioning and production.
Driving the global energy transition
Upon completion, the Tres Cruces Project will produce battery-grade lithium carbonate for export to major international markets, contributing to the global supply of critical minerals essential for the energy transition and electrification of transportation.
